MY APPROACH

My approach is warm, genuine, collaborative and culturally responsive. I recognize that every individual brings a unique combination of strengths, challenges, experiences and cultural influences that deserve to be understood within the context of their life.

In assessment, I look beyond test scores to develop a comprehensive understanding of an individual's functioning. I aim to provide clear explanations and practical recommendations that clients, families and other professionals can meaningfully apply.

In therapy, I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, developing greater self-awareness and working toward their goals.

I tailor my work to each client's individual needs, recognizing that meaningful change is not a one size fits all process.

PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT

I value continued learning and contributing to the broader field of psychology. My research has been presented at the 2026 Canadian Psychological Association Annual Convention in Montréal and the 2026 American Psychological Association Annual Convention in Washington, D.C.

I look forward to supporting you in finding greater clarity, understanding and direction.

A Space Where You Can Be Yourself

My approach is grounded in warmth, collaboration and cultural responsiveness. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel respected, heard and supported.

Whether you are seeking answers through psychological assessment or looking for support through therapy, your experiences matter, and your story deserves to be understood.
